My last order from eastmall I ordered a bunch of stuff and all was great except a package of 510 atomizers I got. I am having issues with 3 of the 5 atomizers. One completely died after less then a week of use and the other two are just barely working. I have one that has been working great from receipt.
I sent an email to customer service on Sept 29th but have not got any response yet.
I know it was a holiday so trying to be patient. Should I not have received a response by now?
