Customer service? My order was screwed up and no word from customer service at all

I ordered 3 juices from Virgin Vapor 3 weeks ago and finally got my order 1 week ago. I open the package and to my surprise there was juice all over inside the packaging. One of the bottle's cap was barely on and most of the juice had leaked out. I sent an email to VV's customer service about it and now a week later haven't heard a single word. There's no phone number anywhere on their website and I'm starting to get worried here.

I really wanted to love VV and I think I have been more than patient with the slow service and response but I just don't know anymore.

Anyone have any suggestions?

In my experience with VV, over two years later, this is not the norm. Keep giving them some grace and I am certain it will be cleared up.

Sigmus9, we got slammed during the holiday gift buying season but we hired yet another customer service rep (our third customer service hire in the last five months) so we are finally getting back up to speed. Sorry about the delay and I'm glad we came through for you, if a little late!
