You did the right thing... all the way. People like you are special because they care enough to take the time to help. I know I would have been lost as a newbie if vets hadn't helped me along. :toast:
yeah, everything is pointing that way :unsure:!

but....if i see something posted on ecf, especially if it is from a new member, where i think i can help i will always give it a try.

Just use email, you don't need a danged forum to take care of business.

I'll be back later if in fact I get charged twice for the one order I placed. It looks like PayPal is sending two (2) identical payments to eastmall for one order. I only want one order of what I ordered, I don't want to receive or pay for two sets of what I ordered.

are we to understand that you have a problem ?

you say you are charged twice by paypal, --
did you get one order number, or two ??????

we do not generally have a problem with orders thru paypal,

but please if you do have a problem with us, please contact customer service --

your real name and your forum name

and your tracking number (if you have one)

and a simple and brief explanation of your issue.



if you contact Eastmall by email
and if the email is received by us -----
we always answer you by email


the forum is not for Customer service issues

the forum is for customers and staff to interact and discuss
products, and just generally converse about using the products
and give advice and tips and tricks, and also to have a bit of fun

The forums here on ecf are excellent,
and it is by no means compulsory for you to join in,
they are all for voluntary participation, if and when you feel like.

Di, not EastMall. But, today I sent an email to the EastMall eMail addy, requesting they not ship what looks like a second, IDENTICAL order. Then called my bank and cancelled the credit card that PayPal has on file. The only problems I've ever had with online orders have been with PayPal. In fact, if EM allowed any other form of payment I'd use it instead. I quit using PP 4 years ago, only turned it back on for this order and am starting to wish I hadn't. I'm still hangin. :)

unfortunately, the only payment option currently available on the shop site is with paypal.
