First off.....I had a slight problem with the order I received.

So...i called David,,, and when he answered the phone i thought he said this was Ed...so i called him Ed like 3 times....until he said this is David..not Ed. Dummy me thought he must have a employee named Ed. I felt rather like a silly goose. Maybe its my southern ears....anyways.....David..cleared up my order in a flash and I have my new juice enroute.

One phone call, 1 minute of explaining what was wrong...1 minute until they told me my correct order would be shipped today.

This is what outstanding customer service is all about.

I have placed my second order from them and it was shipped this morning, going to be stalking the mail lady tomorrow. Can't wait!!! I ordered a bunch of samples to take with me when I move to Colorado in a couple weeks, going to get there just in time for their first meet up so when they saw I was coming from arizona they wanted to be sure I stocked up from David and Pam...lol
