....and then I called yesterday after I placed a huge order to ask if it was possible to merge shipping and add extra flavoring since I forgot to put it in the note (it was my second time ordering since my first 5 days ago) and I said "Hi sorry if I'm calling at a bad time but..." and got a terse, rushed, 4 minute diatribe which was very irritated (like I was bothering them) response soooooo..... I guess, in the end it's going to come down to the quality and subjective taste of the juice and the quality of the gazillion atomizers I bought.
And, for the record, I work with clients and am nice and pleasant all day long no matter how rushed, overburdened or in meetings I am. They pay my check from week to week and I need their recommendations. I understand off days but sheesh, don't answer your phone if you can't "do this now!" Let the answering machine pick up.
This is my experience only. I felt like crap last night when I hung up after spending so much and feeling like I was a pest that I didn't want to leave some gushing thread here without a dose of reality. But tons of people have great experiences so take my tale with a grain of salt.
PS: It DOES say call anytime and it was only 5:30 arizona time. Oh well.
