If you feel like you really need to get a hold of someone call them, I don't like to call when I can use email as an option to communicate and if they made it available for you to email them, it should be obvious for the to check the email, but it doesn't happen.
I have a faulty MAP
tank, emailed several times, opened a support ticket which they amazingly "close" after a couple of days without even trying to contact me.
Now I have a problem with VaporEscence, bought their Liquinator to substitute the failed MAP
tank, and the tank itself cracked, I don't want a free tank, just want to be able to buy a replacement, but since I bought the Phat one and there's no link on thei website for that part I emailed them, no response so far.
Suppliers should be more careful about answering customers, there's a lot of vendors waiting to earn our business. As a business owner myself, is not all about the product or service you sell, but post-sale service is critical too.
