i got a MAP tank a couple days ago, the shipment was fast and it vapes nice, but it leaks constantly on the bottem where the black plastic piece meets the 510 male connection, i shot an e-mail out but never got a reply =/ any one have any advice on how to stop the leaking? much appricated

EDIT: well i got super frustrated and ended up super gluing the area around where the black meets the metal. it seems to have worked, it seems like i wont be replacing the atomizer inside ever though lol.. and trying to fix the leak i even tryed removing that part and it just didnt budge, it didnt move at all no matter how much force i put on it both directions.

the center piece actually does slide out as some you tube video stated, i wonder is there is a way to replace this thing without ever removing the metal bottom outer piece from the black plastic. that would be awesome, is it possible?

I also tried using the contact system on the website about two weeks, one of the juices triggered what might be an allergic or intolerance reaction, so I contacted them to get some information about ingredients that I could show to my doctor -- I'm kind of surprised that I didn't hear back yet, I would think that customers' health would be a concern of priority...

If you feel like you really need to get a hold of someone call them, I don't like to call when I can use email as an option to communicate and if they made it available for you to email them, it should be obvious for the to check the email, but it doesn't happen.

I have a faulty MAP tank, emailed several times, opened a support ticket which they amazingly "close" after a couple of days without even trying to contact me.

Now I have a problem with VaporEscence, bought their Liquinator to substitute the failed MAP tank, and the tank itself cracked, I don't want a free tank, just want to be able to buy a replacement, but since I bought the Phat one and there's no link on thei website for that part I emailed them, no response so far.

Suppliers should be more careful about answering customers, there's a lot of vendors waiting to earn our business. As a business owner myself, is not all about the product or service you sell, but post-sale service is critical too.

My 2 cents and frustration :)

The best customer service, hands down. Received 1 bad atty, replaced immediately no questions asked. Ordered new BF HB atties in 1.5 and 2.0.. The 1.5's were way to strong for my throat, Emailed Bruce and BANG send them back and he will swap out for 2.0's. I will never be afraid to try new products but only at COV because Bruce always takes care of his customers.

he's always been more than fair. If it wasnt for Bruce I dont think the vaping scene would be the same. He's always pushing for innovations and offering whatever is the best!
I just sent him a PM. Its about an order of mine that was shipped on the 14th but hasn't showed up yet! I know its USPS fault but wanna see if something can be done about that.
