Hi All,

My wife received a gift certificate from her daughter for Mothers Day. She order some supplies and did not receive. She contacted {THE VENDOR} and their response was once it leaves here, it is not their problem.
Package was shipped Priority Mail. Post Office states it appears to be a valid tracking number, but does not appeared to have been tendered. We are tracking now.
Just a word of caution from gotvape. customer Service does not appear to be a strong suit with them.

Just curious...

How long has it been since the package was Shipped?

...My biggest issue was got vapes' attitude. "not my problem" was their response. Even if it does show up, I will not buy from them again.

There's no excuse for a "not my problem" response. All online vendors should have boilerplate to help customers when packages don't show up on USPS tracking or when they show delivered and the customer did not get the package. Hope the USPS can track your package down for you.

Yes, right at 2 weeks. (priority mail is slow, but not that slow..LOL

The reason I asked was I saw a thread once just like this one. People were all up in Arms and ready to Storm the Retailer with Flaming Pitch Forks.

When I asked how long the OP had been waiting for their Package, she told me 5 days. And one of them was a Sunday. LOL

If it did go out Priority Mail and its been 14 days, it's probably not going to arrive.

Was there ever any Tracking Progress?

Meaning, if it was ever scanned by USPS thru a sort center, then USPS Lost it. If it never got a scan, then USPS might never haven't gotten it.

How a vendor handles a problem shows you their philosophy pretty well. I am particularly loyal to those that respond in a helpful way should something be wrong.

If you make a couple more posts to reach five, within a half hour you can post this here - Reviews of Suppliers - Negative

Suppliers can't respond except in that forum.

Even though they may not be a vendor you want to deal with again, they may show some goodwill to save face on the forum.

In my opinion it is always the sellers responsibility to get the package delivered to the buyer. Non delivered packages is a risk taken by the seller, not the buyer. Sure, once the package is out of a sellers hands it is out of their control, but it doesn't relieve them of the responsibility to deliver what was purchased.

I see a chargeback in {THE VENDOR'S} future.

You may feel that way but you're wrong. Once they hand it off to the Post Office it's not their responsibility.
