everything we send to the US tracks as arriving in NY.. lets call this customs.. the next USPS update is after the item is delivered... and it always is delivered..

the point i am trying to make here is the fact it tracks as appearing to be somewhere dosnt mean anything more than USPS aint that good at updating their tracking info..

or at least this is %100 true in our case.. when ask we say "your package is somewhere in America" on its way to you.. exactly where it is nobody knows.. what we do know for is it aint sat in NY even tho it tracks as being there..

to make this situation worse USPS always say its still in customs if ask locally..

it isnt but they can only feed the number into their system just like we can..

USPS tracking is not reliable.. at least not for us it isnt.. we have tracked enough items to know how it all works.. or dosnt work as the case may be..

also the time factor varies massively as well dont dont take too much notice of that.. the bottom line being folks are worrying for nothing.. smaller packages are not being held by customs.. they are just lost somewhere in the USPS system.. they always pop out.. but thats about all that can be said.. he he

Ordered 8/24 received 9/8.
just a a $55 package of attys, 901 carts, and some USB chargers.

NO package tampering in New York customs. tracking showed New York on the 4th. and it was in my hands Today (Tuesday 9/8).

I would bet that the key is breaking it up into smaller lots, and I just used the least expensive shipping method. Half the price and maybe 5-7 days longer.
What matters is that they ARE getting delivered.

My Heavens Gifts order arrived today. Took 5 days to get into the US but less than a day in customs.

Were you all parts or was juice in your shippment? I have some of both in mine and would like to get an idea of what is flying through customs and what is holding up. It might help some other members decide where to order.

You're right - I got all my orders that were stopped for a prolonged period in customs and they've only been stopped once in January. Ever since then it's been smooth and fast sailing!
These "Customs" questions are only good for starting rumors. I lost count of how many times I've said. No one has lost a shipment in Customs. Thousand dollar orders from suppliers have been held, but nothing has happened to the e-cig users.

My 500ml Juice order just went through Customs today.
