Ruyan Direct...customs issues

Don't believe EMS tracking information. Apparently the phrase "Your item was released from Customs(SHANGHAI) at 2009-06-13 04:45:58" is Chinglish for "Returned to shipper because Customs(SHANGHAI) refused to let it pass".

After eight days of touring China, my atomizers were reshipped yesterday.

No, it will state "inbound out of customs" whenn it is released or you might get it before they even update, sometimes...
