Cutting CE2's for Tank Mods...

Just thought I would post this since I couldn't really find any info about it.

I got one of these and it makes quick and easy work of cutting those CE2's. No need to pay $3.50 for the pre-cut ones, just buy a package and cut your own.

Awesome Info!!! I was looking for that but it is very hard to find how to cut those CE2 and 4 bucks for one pre-cut is ridiculous!!!

the pipe cutter works great !!!!!!!!!!!! also found another way to make the clearos work in your tank too...........get tubing from hardware store, pipe cutter, then make sure the tube you buy is the same dia. as the tube on the metal ce2's. take that plastic tube off your ce2 ( garbage) keep the rubber gasket (one with the slots) then cut a piece of tubing (1/2 inch,hair less) stick that little pc. of tube on the base of ce2, a little super glue, and the you go. A precut ce2, and a lot of time you can get clearos a whole lot cheaper than the metal ones Totally Wicked USA has right now dirt cheep !!!
