I started with 11-12 mg and quickly cut to 6mg. I have tried with the 0mg and didn't notice a huge difference with the exception of a little throat hit. I ended up staying at 6mg only because I enjoy the little jolt from the nicotine, especially because when I started my diet, I quit drinking soda (was drinking over 150-200 ounces of diet coke a day)

Try using a mint/menthol based juice to give a little more hit, it's worked for me

I started at 24 and quickly went to 18 and stayed there for over 2 years. I then stepped to 12 and that was a tricky transition for me but I adjusted within a week. Going down to 6 was easy. I'm about ready for zero but will get it in flavors that I have 6mg in already in case I need to mix them. I will try the zero by itself first and mix only if I get the jitters.

I don't plan to quit vaping. I enjoy it too much.

My story is similar but I started with 18mg and was vaping constantly. Then I uped it to 24mg and did that for a while then realized it was too much throat hit and I was getting jittery. My next order was same flavors but 12mg. So I started my day with 24mg then went down to 12 for the rest of the day. After a month of this, I only used the 24mg when cravings kicked in, just a couple of hits then 12 for the rest of the day. It was a rollercoaster ride at first but I was determined to not go back to cigarettes.

Now I use 18mg for stress times and mostly do 12mg. I ordered one bottle of 6mg which I'm gradually introducing to my body. If I fill a clearo with 12mg, then sometimes I'll top it off with 6mg. No... I'm definitely not ready for 6mg all day... but my journey has only been 3 months so I have more time for that transition.

I personally started at 18mg, and in the past year have cut down to 6mg. I plan on eventually going down to zero (maybe that will be my New Year resolution!). But I still keep some 12mg and 18mg liquid around for those times when stress takes over and I need a little more. I actually enjoy more flavor and less throat hit, so moving down to 6mg was easy for me. :D Good luck!

I do in a different way. went to the 6-8 mg route right off the bat. I still had the urge but easily suppressed it. Now I mix my own which is premixed nic at 6%. After flavoring it has been lower. I will have been vaping 6 months when the end of the world comes around :)

I got a stomach virus last week. Nasty stuff man. It has been a week since I have vaped. I get the urge but have been suppressing it. I am not sure where it will go but I am kinda excited this may be the end. SO maybe the mayan calendar was right. The 21st or apocalypse was the Mayan's way of saying Blue would be nicotine free for good. :)

I was a heavy smoker so I started at 24mg. I bought some 18s and some 24s, so always had both around and didn't notice much difference. It was my body that told me to cut back. After 2 1/2 months, with the jitters and anxiety and light headed feelings...I cut to 12mg and spend much of the day at 6-9mg.

yes that's what worrys me the jitters......yeah I think that will be.... what ill do ...12mg by day....6mg by night....sounds good.....

my first juice order had mostly 0 nic juices .. a few 6mgs and a coupla 12s. I start my day with 12s.. around lunch time drop to 6 then after dark mostly 0 with a coupla drags on the 12 flavor(s) if I really want a ciggy. TH isn't that important to me.. favoring a sinus hit. Mints and menthols seem to give me what I want there - with or without nic. Also, I do *feel* a vapor difference between all VG and some PG. I seem to get a fuller vapor with VG.. more satisfying to me.. feels like there' s more vapor in my mouth.
I have two all day vapes, one of which is whipped cream in an all VG blend and it's almost like sticking a can of redi whip in your mouth.. almost. I think if I did that juice with PG in it, it wouldn't feel quite that full. Oh.. and I have it in both no nic and 12mg.

Holy crap man... That's like walking around with an IV of soda. 200 ounces is almost 17 cans of soda. You were a walking sweetener.

I recently upped my NIC from 18 to 24, after vaping 18mg for almost 9 months. My intake has dropped almost in half and I feel less dry overall. I am convinced that nic absorption rate is not proportional to nic amount, instead more NIC absorbs faster, maybe even exponentially. I could be wrong. We will see how long I can keep this up but I was just tired of chain vaping all day long and I got to believe its not healthy to vape 4-5ml /day. Also at 24 mg I barely use 2 cartos a day, at that rate I can afford to buy prefilled and just toss them. I would love to drop to 12 or 6 but I don't think that is possible for me.
