More sensationalized BS to confuse and scare readers (by a UK rag no less).

The article claims:
"Edibles and inhalers that have been turned into makeshift {ACCESSORIES} were two of the first ways that caught on, but now vapor pens are causing a more difficult problem because they are the most discrete."

Except that eating {OTHER STUFF} (in a cookie, brownie, etc.) is far more discreet than vaping because doing so eliminates all of the evidence.

Kids who get caught possessing (not even using) an e-cig in most schools can be given detention, suspended or expelled.

And of course, there is zero evidence to support NY Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal absurd claim
'Once you try electronic cigarettes, you can become hooked to them, move on to cigarettes and then move on to other drugs,' Rosenthal told NBC.
