So I ordered my package from FT on the 4th of November. It is just now ABOUT to be shipped. Freaking ridiculous. I know they were having some shipping problems and are no longer shipping out of HK, but this is just ludicrous.

Is there anyone else out there experiencing the same issues I am with them? I am ready to find another company to order my stuff from. Any suggestions?

what item held up the order? You should have been able to tell by looking at your order and seeing what was not 'ready to ship'.

FYI, you can always submit a ticket and ask them to split your order if 1 item is holding up the order for awhile as some items are on back order.

when I order from FT i check the estimated shipping times, anything that will not ship immediately is piled in a separate order so it doesnt hold up the whole shipment. with free shipping i just make multiple orders this way.

There were 2 items that WERE going to hold up my order but I immediately opened a ticket with them and told them to split it. They responded back in 72 hours and said that they will split the order and ship immediately. I received an email the same day on 7th stating that my item has been shipped. I was FINALLY able to track my package and yesterday it said that it was scheduled to leave HK today the 19th of November.

the mail hold up isnt fasttechs fault many chinese suppliers are dealing with it. you can always choose other options at shipping that reroute the package but at more cost. usually anything i order from there im in no need or rush to receive so i order and forget about it.
if FT said it shipped then after that it is HK post holding you up not them.

Ive ordered from them 3 times so far... the one I made yesterday is already shipped... I love how they have a picture of the package for you to look at.

I put in an order on 10/15, shipped on 10/18. On 11/14 (!!!) HK Post returned it, and FT cancelled it. Probably because of the 2 eGo mods I had in the order. Fortunately the refund came through quickly, so I was able to resubmit the order.

Now I get to wait another month.

Yea this is my second time ordering from them. I like the pic of the package too, but idk if it is because I spent over $1000.00 on this order that is taking so long or what to be honest. I do know that they split my order into like 5 different packages. Received an email about that.

1st order wasn't bad. Arrived in a timely manor. This order... Has me running in circles sucking on my thumb. I naturally HATE ordering online for the pure purpose that I hate waiting. I want immediately. But I am impatient like that.

Your issue is with China Post (scheduled to leave HK today the 19th of November). and not FT(I received an email the same day on 7th stating that my item has been shipped). China Post tracking the worst on this planet IMO.

I don't even bother ordering from over seas. What's the point. The money saved isn't worth the headache or risk involved. What would happen if your package NEVER arrives. Who are you going to contact, the Chinese Consulate? I know a lot of people swear by fast tech but I'm not buying expensive stuff so if I have to pay a few bucks more for the peace of mind I'd rather do it.

I do feel the same as you to a point. I would honestly prefer to give back to the B&M as we own a small business so I personally like to give to small business' to keep them running even if they charge a little more. I mean I don't want to get raped on the price, but I don't mind fair pricing. Where do you shop to get your supplies if you don't mind me asking?

I use DHGate and every thing ships on time 90% of the time! I do buy more then need but get a great price ego's t3's and such
Haven't had any problem getting rid of the extras that I don't keep haven't spent any money on Vaping yet that includes my DIY mixing with 1250ml of juice reserve lol

Oh. That is totally different. Tracking from overseas is notoriously crappy. it typically takes me 2-5 days from when FT says it shipped before I can pull up it simply showing as 'acceptance' And then a few more days before it processes thru for delivery to the US.

Typically I get my package at about the 2 week point from when they state they shipped it. Sometimes a few days sooner, sometimes a few days longer. But I always expect to wait at least 3 weeks to get my order when I place it. if I get it sooner, I am happy.

the same thing that happens when i get a shipment from a stateside shop that vanishes with no insurance on the package, nothing lol

For me the secret with FT ordering is small orders (maximum of $70, usually more like $30 though). As others have said always split them up into shipment date order. I've had at least 20 orders from FT now

Good point. I always make sure my order is over $15. If less than that, and you dont pay the $1 or so to upgrade, you dont even get a tracking number. I have a friend right now dealing with that. I told her, but she didnt want to listen. lol
