The edge of Mayhem
30ml a week is quite a bit, but very doable for full-time vapers. Can you be more specific on the mg of the liquid? At one time "Hi" was 16 mg and "Xhi" was 24 mg. Even at 24mg, 30ml a week isn't out of the norm. If he's getting too much, he likely get queasy long before any damage can be done, but if he has heart problems that may not be the case.

All I can say is it appears that the strength and the amount of juice used does not always correlate to ones former smoking habit. For me the strength of the juice (36 mg) and the amount I use (30 ml / week) closely match my former smoking habits (smoked over 3 packs / day).

Yes, nicotine constricts blood vessels; however, I have found that after a few month of quitting smoking and chain-vaping 36 mg juice, my blood circulation has dramatically improved. It appears that nicotine constricts blood vessels, but is far less detrimental to the circulatory system compared to the effects of cigarette smoke.

Now That i Have Gone 100% VG i Find I'm Not using as Much Liquid About

10ml-15ml of 24MG Week Compared To What i Was 20ml a Week on PG

i Found PG Didn't Give off Enough Vapor Compared to What i Was used To With Cigarettes

i Found With E-Cigs its About Fooling Myself into Thinking

I Was smoking But Lack of Vapor Just Kept Me Hitting The Liquid Harder as

Well as Getting Nicotine Kick I Was Still Missing Something

Maybe Have Chat To Him And Compare What He Likes About Cigarette - E-Cigs
