Dangerous dreams

Last night I was dreaming that my eyes were itching. They sometimes do this and I put visine in them. While I was dreaming I reached for my bottle of visine but in its place was a bottle of eliquid. I proceeded to drop eliquid into both of my eyes. Then the pain hit. I went completely blind and stumbled to the bathroom. I washed out my eyes with cold water for about 15 minutes. Needless to stay today I have red swollen eyes.This did cause a very extreme pain.

At least we now know that eliquid will not cause permanent blindness.

Oddly enough, you are not the first. I've read of a couple of other posters doing the same.

Which just makes me glad that I use glass droppers that don't resemble eye drops in any way. I mean, I'm glad blindness doesn't result, but OUCH!!

Note to self: don't leave anything like eyedrops where you expect your eyedrops to be.

omg this is horrible. guess i should find another place for my juice than the nightstand???

I've accidentally gotten juice in my eye blowing out an atty.. I feel ya, it's not a pleasant experience at all.
My eye was swollen for about a day, then ok the next day. Hope your eyes are doing better!
