What’s nicotine sickness
Nicotine sickness is difficult to describe precisely because it's subjective. When I read threads in which people are saying they're sick of vaping and want to quit, I think they're vaping the wrong nic content, and are experiencing nic sickness. I started with 18 mg. per ml., but I vaped a lot, and when I shared some with my boss, she said it was like the first time she smoked a cigarette, flying to the ceiling, elevated mood, giggles. But when you keep doing it you feel wired, can't sleep, and some people report a degree of nausea. Soon after that I switched from 18 mg. to 12 mg., where I have stayed ever since, for years and years. When looking for the right nic level, I suggest looking back on how you felt when you smoked your preferred cigarette, relaxed, satisfied, elevated. That's your target, in establishing the formula of your all day or everyday vape.

I use Salt & Freebase mixed together, by mixed I mean a few drops over the Freebase wicked cotton will satisfy my needs. I carefully tested them out on how much I actually need by mix and try.
If I go on lower resistance, lets say 0.3 and vape at 30-45watts with mixed Salt in it, my chest feels heavy and will be done for the next 5 hours. lol
Stay safe and be well over there.

Yes, but why? The main reason to use salts is to avoid the harsh throat hit of the freebase. You are better off just using 14mg/ml salts. There is really no advantage of the 12.5 salts/1.5 freebase.

Freebsse e-liquid is harsh for you? I thought it was the opposite? I vaped on a one battery mod to a JUUL. 5% nic salt in the JUUL was so harsh but mint flavor helped. I vaped freebase 3mg in my JUUL. Other than being to watery it was a,great vape experience. I'm vaping on a VUSE also right now. Their 1.8% and 2.4% nic salts are great. Vaping is relative though. Versatile pod systems are the best IMHO. It took me awhile to realize that the vaping experience is way more complicated than smoking cigarettes.

freebase nic at a higher level of nic then you are used to can be harsh and can have a peppery taste, whereas salt nic doesn't.....the reason the juul was harsh is because I believe they are mostly pg based and higher pg = more harsh/throat hit...plus the mint flavor probably had koolada in it which to most gives a harshness. I can't stand koolada...ws-23 is pretty good though.

Interesting, my main cigerette were Newports Menthols. It wasn't because I liked menthols. It was because on a busy day of work I smoked half a pack instead of a full pack. The JUUL menthol sucked, but I do believe menthol and mint are in the same family.

lol I was an ast manager at a gas station (well a couple of gas stations over the past almost 20 years), we couldn't keep juul mint pods in stock
once the flavor ban started our juul sales all but died
juul is one of the only products I haven't tried (and that was more just on principle then anything), I usually tried everything that we carried so I could help out customers since they all knew I vaped.
with the flavor ban only allowing tobacco and menthol flavors juul basically rebranded their mint as menthol but most folks wouldn't try it after having the original menthol flavor. My rep was the one that actually told me that because he was trying to get me to try it. But meh, juul did more harm to the vaping community then good and no thanks, they ain't getting my money :pervy:
but hey if it works for you, that's really all that matters....but personally i'd go with another company (even a tobacco rep) over juul. Alto wasn't bad but eh their berry tastes like medicine and old nasty dry gum but as a device it was ok. I did like the solo (sort of a cig-a-like).

Actually, it's about the price and how much e-liquid you get. I just pulled out my two year old JUUL. I'm comparing the pod size of the JUUL and the newest VISE alto pods. It's not even close to compare. lol. I'm going to visit my local vape shop one day and see if they have no flavor e-liquid. I personally do not like flavored e-liquid all that much. They are either hit or miss on taste, the people around you either like the smell or hate it, you have to rotate vape juices so you don't get vape tongue or taste nothing.

I'm going to see if I can get a decent nicotine level e-juice with no flavoring, and then rotate with a tobacco flavor because my state is a banned flavored state.
