I went on to check my order status this morning and this is the message I got;

We are no longer able to accept credit card payments.
PayPal has chosen not to do business with us. As a result we have been forced to close our site.

I fricken love these guys!!!!!!!! I don't WANT to find a new retailer. I don't understand the politics of it all, but do they NEED paypal in order to do business???

No, they don't. I've heard of some other options, but can't think of the names of them offhand. Maybe they looked at the fees and decided that it wasn't worth it. (Although PayPal's fees were getting ridiculous.)

I used to use PayPal for my Etsy store, but I'm half tempted to just open up my own website for my Blythe doll clothes and use another CC vendor, just because of the crap PayPal has pulled with the e-cig world.

Does no company have any balls to stand up to these nanny-state tyrant antis? Everybody's so super-sensitive and afraid of getting sued. I suppose they have a responsibility to their shareholders, but come on.

I saw a LegalZoom.com commercial yersterday where they were talking about you how can open up your own business. And Robert Shapiro was saying "Where the law is on your side." And I was thinking 'No, the law is not on my side if I wanted to open up an ecig business.'

This sucks because hayes at DSS is a great guy and had unparalleled customer service. He also tried to keep his prices competitive for a US supplier.

The guy had a post about how he was trying to sell his site because he was graduating and starting a new job in the it field. Said he would no longer have time to run the site. I guess no one bought it.
