I've done this AGAIN. And will CONTINUE to keep doing this. They will be so tired of seeing an email come through with my email address.

After it leaves OMB(OIRA) if nothing is changed, it goes to Federal Registry, then 90 days before it becomes in effect - truly "finalized" - so sometime in the first or second week in August is closer.
