Hi there,

Do any of you know if Davide Glassomizers need to be cleaned before first use, or is it recommended?

An emphatic yes. All vape gear needs to be cleaned before use. Vestiges from machining and lubing remain on new gear all the time. Occasionally I will forget, only to be met by a horrible, and unexpected taste, reminding me, once again, to clean everything as it arrives in Vapemail. Love the Daivide. Many happy Protank users on the Forum. I'm one of them, but the Davide is a magnitude better, imho. Haven't tried the PT2 yet, but the idea and requirement for the PT2 came about quickly as a result of the success of the Davide. I have both the 3.0 and the 2.0 ml Davide. Both great so far. The use the same coils and heads, btw, so a very easy transition, easy to recoil, clean, etc. Many good videos on cleaning your gear on YouTube. Best to you!

Yes, clean everything before you use it. It is just a good habit. I will second that the Davide tanks are very well built and work very, very well. I have both the 2ml mini and the 3ml standard models. Good stuff.
