For some of us it takes a little more effort to make the switch.
Some lucky folks can just switch to e-cigs just like that but not everyone.
My first e-cig was not so great (plus I naïvely believed the PR that said one cart was equal to a pack of cigarettes

, my brain felt differently about it however). I think I did a couple of weeks mostly smoking and
vaping occasionally, then a couple more weeks with this reversed and then finally I decided to drop the analogs entirely (I was down to about 5 a day by then and had a better e-cig - 901). So all in, it took about a month to finally drop the analogs.
My advice would be to not stress about it and just smoke and
vape as you please with a long term aim to cut down on the analogs and then quit at some unspecified time in the future.
Better to take it slow and succeed in the long run than to rush it and fail because repeated failure is very demoralising.
