First off, I would like to say this is an awesome site and great community!
I've been smoking analogs for 16 years at 1 PAD. I've tried quitting hundreds of times to no avail.
Within the last 3 months, I started having shortness of breath when waking up in the morning. I knew it was time to quit
but never had the will power to do so.
Well, on February 10 (Chinese New Year) I made my final resolution. To quit analogs for good.
My plan was to use the nicotine patch and "TheSafeCig" ecig. I went out and bought a box of Nicotine patch. Thesafecig I had from the previous year when I tried to quit.
I used the patch for the first 2 days then started using the ecig. I found out about this site and started learning about all the different types of ecig available. I picked up 2 Ego C twist, some Vivi Nova mini, and kanger T3. AND I've been vaping ever since then.
I'm proud to say that it has been 18 days since I had an analog. But the greatest news is, I haven't woke up with shortness of breath for the last week.
And what about the nicotine patch you might ask? Well, the box is still 2/3rd full of nicotine patches. I didn't need them.
I haven't had any cravings for analogs since vaping. My body feels so much better now, I can't wait to see how it feels months from now.
