Ok so I got my very first order of resurrectors from CCV and I am loving this thing- it has a fantastic hit. Before buying I read many threads here about keeping them wet don't let them get dry and burn they need refilling more often etc. With my natural caution, I used the syringe provided filled to just under 2 ml and have been vaping on and off for six hours ! I tried two times to top it off or reuse the syringe to add juice but as soon as I did juice started dripping out the bottom. How often after the first fill will these need refilling and how will I know without wasting juice that it does? How many times a day on average? How many days do these usually last? I am using a simple 3.7 volt box mod. Thanks for any help this is my first 510 cartomizer period as I use 808's on the other device.

shilo-

I don't top off my Resurrectors any more than I do a typical 510 carto, however when I do top off I notice they require a bit more juice than a regular carto would. While they hold more, the lower resistance has a tendency to use it quicker.

As far as life span goes, keep it wet and it'll last you some serious time, I've got one that just hit its 3 week mark and is just now starting to taste a little off. However I'll admit that I wasn't vaping that carto exclusively during that time, but it still saw a pretty good workout.

You should get a cartomizer tank. You don't have to top off, just put a hole or two in your carto (depending on the juice), pop the carto into the tank, fill the tank, and vape yourself silly. There are many: DC Map Tank, Liquidnator, M1A1 Buzz Tank, Big Daddy Tank, etc. They are well worth it.

I love the Resurrectors, they are fantastic!

Thanks everyone for the encouragement. I will look into all the tanks mentioned. No refilling might be a wonderful option one of these days. That Chibi is so affordable I'm shocked. Very tempting. I guess some people punch their own holes?

Well I finally had to top the carto off. Its like when you have a baby and you can't wait for them to take a nap and then when they do and you are like----NOW WHAT ?(unlike my sleeping baby I don't miss constant refills....lol)

This is great info here for me also! Incidentally, I used to ride a Chibi back in the 70's...fun little motorcycle that could keep up with my friends 70cc honda's.

The Resurrector is the best carto I've tried; been at this for a little over a year now. Like shilo I'll have to try out the tanks as it's getting old filling up carto's every evening. Thanks for the link sonicdsl, going to check out the Chibi tank.

I vaped on one for near 6hrs once...had to kinda slow down towards the end to give time to wick...it took 40+drops to refill...I prefer to top up at around the 50%mark which will take about 20drops to have the filler get and maintain a slushy look to them, which means every couple of hrs while steady vaping...if you chain vape hard, maybe a little more often...I get upwards of 10ml thru one before it starts getting hard to draw...slipping a syringe down the air channel at that time and wiggling it a little can help the hard draw for a bit.............

What do you mean by "but will stress your battery"? Do you mean drain it faster or shorten its life by burning it out?

What carto works good with a 650mah ego batt?

I used mine on ego batteries with no problems at all. Did they shorten the battery life? Possibly. But my batteries lasted 6+ months so I'm not complaining.

One can play 'safe' and not use dual coils on eGo batts... Or one can use 'em and have a superior vape. I'm of the latter persuasion. Been vaping DCs on my eGo batts for five months with only one batt goin' 'south'. That batt I bought used on the classifieds over five months ago. The seller said it was three months old at that time.

The only 'stress' I can perceive is that the time before a needed recharge may drop by 10-20%. I'd gladly replace my batts every eight months to maintain the vaping experience I enjoy using DCs and eGo batts!

Day three the resurrector is still my best friend on a 3.7 box. I am filling it at the half way point. Its starting to get easier to decipher when its needed. I love these- they are actually making me vape a little less because I only need a couple puffs to get the desired result. My other device i have to take 4-6 puffs to feel I got something. Drat the 3.7 volt has ruined anything else for me. Now I get it guys. I am addicted and its only my first box mod.

I have used Resurrectors for a few months now, ever since I tried them, on my 650 ego batts with no issues. Nothing else I have tried was anywhere as good! If it has any effect at shortening their life, it has more than paid for that with my satisfaction. The geniune joye egos are from mypvshop.com and I couldn't be happier with the combo. I like some juices better on the 1.5 DCC from CCV on the RSM 5volt. Mainly the tobacco and bakery vapes. If you don't like the Resurrrectors on the ego on the first juice you try, my suggestion is to try another. My favorite juices shine on different combos. We all have diffferent taste buds and funny results with various equipment, but the main thing is finding the combo that works for you to keep you free of analogs!
