Day two of my vaping experience

I couldn't be happier I started vaping last evening and immediately loved it. I am so thankful that I took the time to read all I could on these boards because I feel like an old pro. The Ego is very user friendly though and I have filled carts and used both of my Ego's with different liquid with no problem.
I actually tried to smoke an analog last evening and it was blah. I tried again this evening just to see, and it was disgusting in taste. I vaped all day on menthol and it puts analog newport lights to shame.
The only issue I have had is that this morning I was a little shaky and dizzy. I feel that is from the lack of analogs though. I even vaped with my morning coffee and while driving which was the two biggest tests for me. It was wonderful..

Thanks again to everyone for answering all of my questions. I hope I can control myself and not keep ordering juice. LOL I can tell one addiction moves to another

I'm on day 28 and I had the same symptoms a few days after coming off analogs.... they will clear up, I found that if I only vape as I would a analog I don't get the Nic headache
so that's what i do... vale a little take a break come back when I get that urge and vape a little more .... I have a lot of juice now ... been ordering different flavors and I find myself vaping a little more because I want to test the new Juice .. so far I like the 555 best for tobacco, Top Bananna and spearmint for a refreshing change. I do feel much better now and this is the longest I have ever went without a analog after 30 years. goodluck to you. SC

Good to hear, just be aware if you start buying mods it's hard to stop lol.

Good to hear ,congrats.In the beginning it is hard to grasp that its more fun to vape and no one else(in the smoking crowd) knows that.Being in such a minority is odd but its real it works and its delightful.The level of juice for different people is all over the map.Some who smoked unfiltered get dizzy on low nic while others who smoked a few analogs a day can puff high nic.On the juice ordering your taste on juice will not only change you wont like cetain foods or gasp as I type this ,adult beverages.enjoy.

I'm on day 2 as well.. CONGRATS... but I am not sure if is lack of analogs or your current dose making you tweekie (for lack of a better word).. I ordered 24mg juice with my ego and it seems to have me jittery kinda antsy.. I switched to the 18mg preloaded ones that came with the kit and this seems to have made it ease... Although the preloaded cartridges are pretty BLAH... If you didn't get one get you a couple of XL cartomizers and live it up.. Since I loaded my XL Cart with some mango I am in heaven.. Will have to live with the jitters till my 18mg juice arrives.. The XL carto is the way to go on these things.. Load it and it is good for most of the day and into the night.. Good luck

Good advice. I actually am using the 16 mg VG liquid I ordered with my kit and it seems to be just fine. I am not constantly vaping and sticking with my routine as I would if I had to go outside and smoke. I have just been topping off my carts through the day and I dont find it to be that much of a hassle yet I think this morning around 9 am when I started feeling shaky it was from lack of analogs. The reason I say that is by that time I usually have smoked 8 analogs. That is shameful to admit!

Probably not the Nic then,one of the other 4,000 chemicals your used too. The first 3-5 days I had a few strange headaches and weird feelings so it's normal and once your past it some other fun stuff can start....coughing up some of that Tar in your lungs for one....Don't despair and keep up the good work! If you get something your not sure of ask on here and I'm sure someone has had the same or similar effect to give you some guidance. Good Luck and Welcome!

IM on day 2 as well! Mixed feelings here, im not sure if im doing things right or not, not getting very good vapor (510), keeping the cart wet although i just tried dripping and getting better vapor. So far so good, i havent quit analogs altogether but only smoked half of what i normally would in a day

Welcome! I'm really amazed at the number of people new to vaping that show up here on ECF every day. If I was a cigarette manufacturer, I would really start worrying, which I'm sure they are. I read somewhere that there are between 20,000 to 30,000 people taking up eCigs every week......

20-30K a week? Awesome! We need as many voices as possible for when the politicians take note of this as more than a passing fad...

And welcome, Harmony! Glad you made the switch... vaping really is fantastic, seeing new people take it up is great. As for buying new juices and mods... people aren't lying when they say it's like opening the floodgates... I want so many juices and so many mods!!! I want them ALL!!!

if you have an addictive personality, stay away from the mods. lol. you can easily spend TONS of money on mods before you can even think.

I don't get the modding thing... maybe the norm is still too new to me for me to understand but the thing does it's purpose without going all Tim Taylor on it, right? so why mod..

Bigger batteries, higher voltage, Juice feeding and variable voltage are a few reasons

i think it has to do more with the fact that the technology is still so new and premature, that taking it and making improvements and experiment to see what is possible and what can be done is where the mod scene is really at. I do truely believe that the juice feed mods are going to become a very excellent asset in the near future.
