This is my second day of vaping on my Chuck. I'm so in awe of this thing, I may have to rename him Charles. I can't believe I'm on the second day with this battery, praying for my extras to get here fast, and it's still going strong. Sure puts my 510s to shame.

I'm thinking about getting the two RCR123's but I should probably order HV attys at the same time, huh? I can't imagine these ordinary 510 attys will hold up under the extra oomph.

All hail, Prince Charles, the royal PV!

I have the RCR123s and an HV 801 atty and like it much better than the standard one. A lot of my juice supply was tasting burnt with the standard ones and I lost 3 from burn out. Not any more. I got some of the HV juice too from Nhaler. It gives tons of vapor but not much throat hit. The highest it comes in is 12mg. The taste is really good though. My other juice that tasted burnt work real well on this atty. I've been using this HV atty for 3 days so far so good. We'll see how long it lasts.

I've been thinking about stealing the CR123s from my digital camera in case the spare battery & charger don't get here in time. Will that work? All I have left: 2 so so regular 510 attys and really don't want to pop them out. I could always make a trip to IndyVapor here, but hate to buy new attys and just blow them out. Oh well, I'll get by...

I have been vaping at 6v for the past 10days using regular stock 510 attys with no problems, as long as you keep the atty wet.

How come you haven't bought some rechargable RCR123a's yet? 2 batts last me the entire day, and I just charge them up overnight.

Regular 510s can work ok for awhile and yse you can use rc123s from your camera. Kind of expensive but they should work fine at least you can experience 6v. keep your atty wet more so than you would with 3.7 v and you should be ok. Short 2 second hits also. let us know how it goes :)

I've never had a problem at 6v with just the regular 510 attys.... but, I put those in storage for a later date and usually blank cartos filled with whatever juice I like. You just have to make sure the cartos stay full. I can get about 20 long drags off a carto before I need to add any juice (without any burnt taste).

Skywalk, I only ordered one 18650 & charger from Madvapes (I have a charged 18650 in my chuck now but I'm tapping it out as we speak). I was just reluctant to get the higher voltage since my atty supply went from 4 to 2 in a 24 hr span (why I have NO idea). There are no rechargeable CR2s available anywhere in my city--even the specialty battery stores. I'll order some from Madvapes soon. I could get some nonrechargeables at Target for about $9 a pair, but that's some expensive power for more than emergencies.

Thanks doots & Grammie, I think I will pop those digicam batteries in there and see what happens. At least I can get some attys from my LOCAL e-cig store! I can't believe my good fortune there is Indy Vapor Shop now! That's where I got my Chuck and just had to have it when I tried it out. Gonna be soooo nice not to have to "pack" all that stuff with my 510s when I go out. I'm suffering burnout trying to keep up with the pitiful battery life. Chuck is just the best )

Hey Jeff!
LOL Mike's not selling Chucks, he just ordered a lil Chuck for his wife since she thought the big Chuck was too much. I just discovered Indy Vapor Shop here in Indpls and when I saw that Chuck, I knew I was going to return to get it. While I intend to order a custom Chuck, this one is simply wonderful in the interim. You'll be getting an order from me in the near future )

lol..hey Jeff, sounds like you might be getting an order for a dozen or so Chucks from "mike" in the near future.

Is he, by any chance, that switch bashin', microphone guy from a while back  ... no wait, he was from NJ I think.

BTW: liz those are you sure those 2 'dead' attys are really dead? Som attys don't make contact properly on the chuck and need to be adjusted.

Thanks, Mike! My scottie, Gracie, sits patiently in the car while I slip into Indy Vapor and stock up. Although I expect her to lay on the car horn sometimes, she's usually good because the next stop is Uncle Bill's pet shop so she can get her fix too (she loves those bully sticks ewww).

Richard, I love my Chuck! I love my 100 mg. nicotine too, and can't believe our good fortune to have our very own vape shop here in Indy!!!
