DCT Frustration!

I ordered a DCT and the cartomizer it came with was a standard ohm I believe and I ordered a replacement at 1.5 ohms. The standard one worked pretty good for a day or two, but didn't really have much flavor. Great vapor though. The 1.5 had good flavor but I believe it was because it flooded and I sucked the juice in my mouth. Great taste and a great high! Now both of them are flooding. One so much that it hardly works. I am wasting so much juice having to blow it out just so I can vape a little between floods. They both have only one hole and it doesn't seem to matter the density of the juice.

I had some stardusts, and I absolutely loved them, until I broke all three of them with certain juices I used. This is insane. There has got to be something that has great vapor and flavor (like the stardusts) without all the hassle and breaking issues.

Any suggestion? Please?

I notice that with mine I have to make sure I don't 'pull' too hard as I vape. Occasionally I will notice a "harsh" hit and then I just pull once without activating the atty, and it clears up. I too struggled to get the hang of keeping the carto wet without flooding it for awhile until I found the 'sweet spot' for me. Good luck and keep with it I think you will find the right method.

Another trick if it's flooding is to re-open it the same way you would as if you were re-filling it. Remove the drip tip and push the carto down into the tube. The re-assemble it. I found that pressure can cause flooding as well.
