Years ago when I started to look for my first new car I was told by almost everyone : "dont get the first of any new model, unless you are willing to be patient and have a very good temperament, because you are going to have to deal with all the quirks"
This is very true with this situation. At least you dont have to worry about being stuck with a lemon. Say what you will about Provari, their no. 1 priority is their long time reputation of being the best in customer service. This is their first step in a completely new design. Maybe it was hurried because of all the PRESSURE and CRITICISM of their taking too long to be up to date with the trends.
MOst of the box mods out now are all basically just copies of all the earlier box mods and
dna/ Yihi etc designs. Same boards etc, only variables are how well they are put together. Provari did not just buy some
dna/ Yihi kits and pop them into some thing put together. Like always they have their own technology etc. So there are things to work thru.
Just be patient and Im sure Provari will take care of any problems and if they have to replace or refund. Big difference between most of the other manufacturers is that they do care about their clients and with this completely new design Im sure they will take care of it , FAST.
Im not a Provari-maniac, I did get my first one a few months ago and Im more than pleased. They are built to last more than a few months.
I can only imagine what the deleted posts were like, The anti-Provarists have been waiting in the shadows for this moment and are full of well thought out remarks.
JUst dont let yourself get angry or let down. It will all work out to your advantage, especially right now. Even if you fried it, smashed it, etc. Im sure they dont want any negatives floating around and they will take care of it.
