What I would like to know is, what's the 5 blinks of the buttons thing? An error code of some type? Didn't see anything in the user's manual about that.

"When the battery runs out, the device will alert you with an “Empty” alert on the screen and the LED will flash red." (Manual)

But if this was something unusual, then I am not sure that the normal interpretation is the right interpretation. You also did not have anything on the screen.

Bingo. Why I don't bother frequenting this forum much anymore. Too many idiots so eager to put their unwanted ire in where it's not needed. I suppose some need the ego boost to get them through the day. I don't have time to sift through the crap anymore.

It's been interesting reading the responses of all who posted in this thread. Tells me a lot.

On to more important matters...

Blake contacted me regarding the dead unit and sent me a replacement. Received it on Monday and it's working fine so far. :) Faith is restored.

The dead unit is on its way back to the mothership via Fedex, somewhere in Tennessee ATM I think. Hopefully Provape can pull some good out of this and make sure it doesn't happen to others. What I would like to know is, what's the 5 blinks of the buttons thing? An error code of some type? Didn't see anything in the user's manual about that.
Thanks for the Update.

I have a feeling the threadstarter never owned a Radius and only made this thread to make Provape look bad
I disagree...

And I am grateful that the OP has come back and given us an update.

Thank you for the update. Glad to see all is well.

Yep, same thing happened to me with my Black Onyx. First full charge lasted about 6 hours and the Radius died, I couldn't charge it and the screen was dead.

Put in an Efest battery I had lying around and that brought the Radius back to life. BUT - the Radius drained the battery in about 18 hours even though it was sitting on my desk and NOT being used! Strange.

As I had posted about my issues over on the Radius thread, @Vape360 went to the trouble to track down my order (without me submitting a ticket to them yet) and gave me a phone call. In about 2 minutes he had arranged a reshipment and my return in order to make things right. The engineers will be going over my Radius to help quash further problems.

I dare you to name 1 other company that would comb through their hundreds of orders in order to find a customer who hadn't even submitted a support ticket and help them out with their problems. Not. A. One. Partner.

Let the others bash us all they want, we know better and are grinning from ear to ear!
