Dealing with the need to constantly hydrate

I was one of those people who hated drinking water, something I found that helped me is Capella's puts out water flavoring drops, unlike the ones you find in the supermarkets they have no food coloring in them. As they also make flavorings used in DIY it is handy to order when I go to order other flavorings

i had a slight loss of taste when i started vaping about 6months back. i was worried sick, but all is good the next day. just the tongue getting used to it.

dont have much hydration problems, or so i can recall. 80pg/20vg 12mg nico works fine for me now.
