Thank you for directing me to this thread, Gummy. In the vid that I posted in my other thread you may notice several interesting things. The first is the wild eyes. I was modding a dse601 pipe when that mod came to a complete standstill since I didn't yet have the switch (which arrived over two hours later than it should have, and it was the wrong switch!). I was deep in mod mode and began to get panicky until I looked at the parts and discovered something else I could do.
Another point of interest is the background. Note the TV (that is television, not Tasty Vapors) and the ps3 (the thing sitting behind my right elbow) Long before I began vaping I struggled with the need to modify most anything I purchased. I guess it was a natural progression when I began vaping to modumust fever.

Oh, and here is the vid in question for those who have not seen my other thread.

Dear two hours late,
Welcome to the free clinic for those suffering from "Modumust Fever"
I will guess that you have read the thread by now and already know about the paperwork. Nurse Cratchet will start a folder on you soon. (Be careful not to squirm around to much when she takes your temp.

Because your new here I will give you a standard Rx. to always carry the three 510 atty connectors in your pocket at all times also you can get a medic alert bracket listing your affliction, but at this time you can't get the much desired handicapped parking permit.

As you should know by now, Modumust Fever is a progressive ailment. But we have learned that for most patients in stage 1, it isn't the mod it's self but rather the act of modding that provides the most relief. so keep some 1/2 finished project handy for flare ups.

Dear Gummy,

It all started simply enough. Little bit of copper, a switch, a connector, and a battery. Nice copper mod for myself. Next thing you know, BAM, my friends are wanting to get a copper mod also. My wife won't take me anywhere to shop now, everything has become fodder for a mod. I walk around sizing everything up, measuring, contemplating what i could do with it. Please help me Gummy ! You're my only hope !

Dear modder fodder,

Rest assured you are not the only one with this affliction. Read the thread and you will see. You seem to think that this began when you 1st made your self a copper mod. We have learned that this condition starts while very young. I would guess by perhaps age 4 or 5 when you started taking your toys apart just to see how they worked. I read a paper the other day that this could even be genetically inherited. Did you have any mechanics or blacksmiths or sword makers in your family tree?
