Oh it is odd, very odd, but understandable. It would be nice to know if that brand also has the problem with other cars or if the problem is unique to your car or your PV. I can understand how your PV would never do that with any other car and no other PV would do that with your car either. But put the two together and wa,la. This should be investigated.
If the car is under warranty you could have a field day with the dealership guys.

Dear Gummy, I may have a problem. I have only been vaping a few months, and I am deployed and a tinkerer at heart, but not alot of stuff to mod out here and supplies are way limited. I started looking at the metal racks and saw a piece of round stock aircraft aluminum and then heard the lathe running in the machine shop. Next thing I know I am trying to design my own genisis hybrid mod and have never used anything but an ego-c. Now I am in the machine shop as much as I can getting lessons from another Soldier on the lather while trying to make this thing. Is this serious?? Oh yea I have also ordered a mini lathe for the house to keep this going, also getting it to help rebuild my hotrod I did mention I was a tinkerer didnt I. What is next?? Please HELP!!

Dear happy camper,
1st THANK YOU, for your service,,

It does sound like you have contracted Modumust Fever, I am writing your company commander and requesting that he send you home at once for expert treatment here at the world renown Gummy Clinic.

In the mean while,,, see about collecting as many .50 cal shell casings as you can. that way when you get home you can mod them and start selling them.

Dr G, My procrastinitus has been running rampant this year. The Fever managed to surface for a short while in the form of attempting to make a rebuildable CE2, managed a few of these but was never happy with the results. I think I may have come up with an idea to put the procrastinitus in its place: instead of a 'script, could ya just give me the winning Powerball numbers for tonight (Saturdays would be ok, if it's too short of notice to work your magic). That way I could move to a bigger place and have a workshop and then get all kinds of really nice tools  and  more parts and  ... ya know what I'm sayin'?

Damn it TC, I'm a doctor not a Psychic. Beside psychics don't know either. (ever seen a rich psychic?)

After years of research into Modumust Fever We have learned a lot about this affliction. It does seem to go into remission sometimes. But when it flairs up you had better indulge it or you will regret it latter. I have been modding wicks and coils here lately. The little 'ol lady that drove MadMan over for his last check up is still all frizzed off at me for cutting a snip of her yarn. (hey it was 100% cotton, and tastes better than the wick stuff I got from the used baby diapers. and a lot easier than bunny balls)

Now as for your problem. Go get the dream home you wanted (with attached workshop). It's good for your Fever, it's good for the housing market, It's good for America. You deserve it. Go ahead I'm sure that there are still at least 3 Century 21 agents still working somewhere that would be glad to drive you around for 3 months looking for that perfect modder's den~~~ errr I mean home.

Dear Basement full of tools,
procrastititus is a very powerful affliction, Most times it will over ride and symptoms of Modumust Fever. And if you have not had access to your tools for 7 months, I'd say you don't really need them.

So here is my Rx.
Send me all of the boxes of tools and surrender to the procrastititus. (after all is is winning).

Dear Gummy,

Flashlight mods, pass-throughs, atomizer mods and rebuilt coils. What has happened to me, I feel I must tweak everything I vape. I cannot stop my self and now I'm thinking of making some kind of genesis tank mod. Where does it all end and what will happen when I can no longer enhance my vaping experience. Is there no end in sight and if there is what is what does that mean for me and my obsession? Genuine fear crawls down my spine as I think I may one day create something I cannot surpass.

Sinisterly,
Ben / Fyre904

Dear Yea you got it too,

It is highly contagious, As discussed earlier it is transmitted visually. All you have to do is look at a mod to become a suffer of Modumust Fever. There are also some genetic markers that suggest ones susceptibility. And there are those that have totally immunity. They can be IDed easily, We have developed a test to check for immunity, we just give them a light bulb and watch them change it. If in their attempt to change the light bulb they manage to break both the old and the new one and get shocked along with falling off the ladder we know that they will never get Modumust Fever. On the other hand if they change it in record time and then rebuild the old bulb so that it not only works again but puts out way more light well then we know that this poor sap is doomed to a life of dealing with this affliction.
We have been reluctant to develop a vaccination using their blood due to the adverse side effects.

I hope you have back read the thread. There is a lot of info about your affliction, but it sounds like you are only in stage one. It is the most fun of all the 4 stages. As this is where you do most of the fun type modding. The later stages can involve a lot of problems that seem to take the fun right out of it.

So here is the plan, 1st we need to get you stabilized, then when the flair ups occur you need to know how to deal with that and lastly there are your monthly check up here at the clinic.

Rx:
One TI 4050 chip (place under your pillow at bed time)
and
Three 510 blank atty connectors ( keep them in your pocket at all times, to be used in case of flair ups while out in public (like at Walmarts, lowes, home depot))
