I use the original crown daily. Good flavor and it can chuck clouds.
Take the advice above on juicing the wick. I normally don't juice the outside holes just the top side portion of the cotton. Close the air holes and fill. I normally let it sit for about 10 minutes after filling and start at 30 watts for 2-3 quick pulls and go up 5 watts or as many as 10 watts and 2-3 more quick pulls before bumping the wattage up again. With the .5 ohm coils I find that 56 watts or so is a good place to be.
I would invest in a couple of RBAs for it because they pay for themselves. Coils last for months and easy to wick. As long as you have a good showing of cotton at the juice holes you won't have any problems with leaks.
