EU Decision Dutch DoH over ruled in court

The decision of the Dutch Department of Health to classify nicotine containing liquids as medicinal products
was over ruled in court. The decision was, according to the judge, unlawful.
As a consequence the judge ordered the DoH to immediately allow import and sales of nicotine containing liquids
without restrictions other than normal import/sales regulations.

The DoH has still the option to appeal the court's ruling, so it isn't really over yet

This is good, we now have two court rulings against national health departments trying to use this method to stop SmokeFreE-cigarette sales.

Must be harder for big pharma and the ANTZ to buy judges than it is to get legislators and health departments.
