I figure I've got a solid week of hammering away at the backlog before I'm caught up.
Some people have decided not to wait and have cancelled their orders... some apologetically, some rather rudely.
I've definitely learned that a significant number of people don't read the notices on the site's homepage...
Otherwise, things are going as well as they can. I still have equipment that needs to be brought online, and some other equipment was damaged in the move and I'm not in a good position to replace it all at once... so... meh.
I'm hopeful that I'll be able to get my pumping equipment back in operation tomorrow or Saturday. That will increase my output 3-fold.
Nothing to forgive. I didn't ask for them. With standard caps you don't get the great drip tips. And I love them. But for some reason the orange caps don't cooperate with me as well as the dark blue ones do. I'll manage. These aren't like the old childproof caps that required a hammer and chisel to remove.
I know there's no anise but there is something that hits my tastebuds on the inhale like a little bit of it. Regardless, it's a lovely, complex flavor. Still growing on me.
I have 3 unopened 30ml bottles of 60/40 and 3 that I've got at least 20ml left in. So I'm good for several weeks. Feel free to put my order at the back of the queue.

Deej - Don't worry about the losers who were rude .. it's their loss. And considering the circumstances, you are better off without customers who can't read. Save you headaches in the long run!
You can set my stuff aside til you are caught up, I am not in need at all. Really, I have plenty of deliciousness to vape. I know one order is packing but the other two can be set aside. Better to help a new customer who doesn't know how wonderful the service really is.
And don't forget to breathe!

I'm good with my order being put towards the end of the list, so that you can fill orders for new customers and people in dire need. Both newbies and people low on liquids will then realize that they need to try more flavors and always make sure they have a nice stash of tasty stuff.

If it takes us longer than 1 calendar week to get your order out the door, we will be adding $25 in Rewards Points to your balance. Doesn't matter what the order size is, as long as it's a paid order. Orders paid entirely by Gift Certificates won't qualify.
We're doing this to express our deep appreciation for your patience. It'll also keep us REALLY focused on getting our turnaround back to what it used to be.
This goes into effect immediately.
