Good afternoon! I scrolled back through to see what I have missed, and it seems the only major news is Cleo's jugs, which are very nice by the way. I would like to order me some in that size from Deej. I would request a set of tassels to really class em up though. Lol

Hey Deej,

I overlooked your moving notice and placed an order on 6/1. I saw the notice on the 10th stating that you were back to making and shipping orders.

We are accepting and shipping orders.

We also are announcing a new policy... Your order will ship within 7 days of order placement (we're working on cutting that back down). If for any reason it does not, we will credit your Rewards Points Balance with $25 USD upon shipment. This applies to paid orders only; Gift Certificate orders do not qualify.

I understand the difficulty of moving your business, but it is now the 18th, and my package has not even been put into the mail.

Will I be credited? Have I been forgotten?

Any info much appreciated.

Now that I've slept on it 'n' everything, Witch and I have decided on a new policy.

If it takes us longer than 1 calendar week to get your order out the door, we will be adding $25 in Rewards Points to your balance. Doesn't matter what the order size is, as long as it's a paid order. Orders paid entirely by Gift Certificates won't qualify.

We're doing this to express our deep appreciation for your patience. It'll also keep us REALLY focused on getting our turnaround back to what it used to be.

This goes into effect immediately.

He did post at some point that a big holdup is that a lot of their shipping supplies got damaged in the move.

He hasn't been around much because he really seems to be working around the clock but I'm sure he'll give you a much more detailed reply when he does stick his nose in. I just wanted to point out that you will be well rewarded for your patience. :)

YOU overlooked the messages about moving and yet you still expect to be compensated? That's just wrong. I'm glad you aren't a customer of mine.

Give them a break, I'm sure they are still working on orders placed BEFORE the 10th of June. I know because mine is one of them. But unlike some people, I have refused to take the $25 credit because it's certainly not his fault that things were broken and there has been a delay. I knew when I ordered it that it would take a long time, because I read the notices. His juice is worth waiting for. Stop and think - how many orders do you suppose he got between May 9th and June 10th?

Pay attention and stop being so greedy.

For a greedy, ignorant, impatient, and inattentive customer, I sure have quite a way of being so without projecting condescension and a lack of respect.

We all have our strong points I guess.
