Okay pictures uploaded so here we go.

New Labels Review

Pros: :)
1.) The color coding of all the information is nice.
2.) They will allow you to see what is in the individual bags before taking them out. Which will make for easier and cleaner storage.
3.) I'm sure they will cut down on time and costs for Deej.

Cons::(
1.) Since they are clear, they are harder to see what is on the label. Especially with some of the colors of juice and in lower light.
2.) The smaller font size for the pg/vg and nic might be harder to see for people with bad eyes.
3.) DOB is not on mine. This has been fixed though.

Overall I think that the newer beta labels are pretty good. I would like to see them in a more matte finish like the older ones. The matte finish would take care of all the cons.

Now some pictures so that people can decide for themselves. Most of these were taken with a flash.

I'll order the matte version... they should be here in the next few days.

I have a strong interest in eliminating the bag labels and standardizing the bottle labels. I currently run 3 different styles of bottle labels ... Wholesale, California Wholesale and Retail. Add those to the bag labels, and packaging becomes more time consuming than mixing.

I'll also eliminate the micro-spacing between lines to see if I can't increase the font sizes. I'd like to be able to get the nic content and PG/VG back on the same line, but I'd have to kill the logo. Doing the "mg/ml" instead of just "ml" and adding the percentage callouts as "required" didn't help.

I think the matte would help out a lot with the problem. If I put it on something white I can see everything better.

I bet the labeling is a pain in the ..... It's always the smallest things that are the most time consuming.

Could you maybe put the ml size before the pg/vg percentage? That would help increase space and since they are different colors it should be easy to understand.

Well... I'm sorta getting backed into a corner here, and I'm trying to find a solution

I'm not sure putting the size and PG/VG ratio on the same line buys much. It doesn't open up any vertical space, which is the scarcer commodity...

Oops, I forgot about the DOB.

California always ruins all the good stuff. It's a literal nanny state. :(

Maybe this would work.

[-----------]-------------------------------------Toffee Corn(125)
I-----------I----------------------------16 mg/ml nicotine(1.6%)
I----Logo--I--Mixed on----------15ml (approx) 50%pg/50%vg
[-----------]--01/25/13-----Best if steeped for at least 5 days!!

Of course I have no clue what label program your using or how it fits. Just trying to help a bit. :)
If I'm getting annoying please just tell me to stop. I have a habit of doing that sometimes.

Basically, I'm using Microsoft Word's mailmerge function linked to Microsoft Excel as the database. I build the run sheet in Excel which calculates the appropriate amounts of nicotine, PG/VG, and flavoring. Then I have another worksheet set up that extracts data from the run sheet and manipulates it to create data that goes onto the labels. I did that so I could have the steeped statement change between five and 10 days depending on the quantity of VG.

The biggest drawback, and one that I can fix, is when it comes to the labels for the 5 mL bottles. The 5 mL bottle uses different label stock.

I did go ahead and kill those micro lines (blank lines of one point), and it doesn't look too bad on the screen. I'm about to print some out to see how they look in real life.

It looks like I'm going to have to change the name of Bittersweet Tears of the Apocalypse.

If anybody orders that with a flavor strength greater than 100%, the flavor name breaks into two lines.

Oh no. That was such a good name too.:(
Maybe Dark Tears of the Apocalypse?

ok so I feel stupid in the fact i totally didn't catch this for Cinnamon "Lovely Ceylonese Cinnamon... Not Cylon, Ceylon. "

Cylon Toast anyone?

When I first started to drink loose leaf tea I had to look that up.
"Ooohh. Ceylon as in Sri Lanka, not cylon as in Battlestar. That makes more sense."
I should have payed more attention in geography class. :)

Here's one of the tracks from WFD...

It would go nicely with your light cube thingy.

@#6....Deej....will you marry me? :D
What will 1LastTime say? (Or will he be okay with it if he gets free e-liquid?)

The Next Generation and DS9. The last Star Trek movie I saw was with Ricardo Montalban.

Only saw the first 3 Star Wars. Loved the first two (especially Alec Guinness.) Would like to eviscerate the Ewoks which kind of ruined #3 as far as I was concerned.
