Just got done catching up on The Walking Dead to prepare for tomorrow. I recorded the ones from the end of last year and forgot to watch them until now.

Please... before you start tearing into me... REMEMBER that I have been subsidizing shipping since Day 1. I simply have hit the point where the USPS has raised their rates to such an extent that I can't maintain my rates where they were.

I have always wondered why your shipping rates were so low. I didn't know you had been subsidizing. That makes a lot more sense now. I'm just glad that the free shipping minimum didn't change. Since I order semi big orders anyway I can get free shipping. Even if it is just a 30 dollar order, I can get free shipping each time by using the generous point system. Sucks for your international customers though.

Domestic Customers will see a $1.20 increase 1st Class, and a $0.15 increase in Priority.

International Customers will see a $5.25 increase in 1st Class, $10.95 in Int'l Priority and $6.95 in EMS.

(Canadian customers: a small decrease for you guys)

Domestic Wholesalers (if you're watching): Our agreement remains unchanged.

International Wholesalers (if you're watching): We may need to renegotiate a bit.

I don't see any reason to complain here....Far Superior product and worth every penny.

Well Spud now you know they have to raise rates for for their rights via the powers granted to it under Title 39, Section 401, which include:

I never thought I'd find myself sticking up for USPS but they have a double whammy working against them.

First, there's the congress which requires them to have many more, fully staffed, post offices than they need. (I think it's a minimum of one per zip code.) They could save money by combining some or by having some small ones inside stores so they wouldn't have to pay for the whole building but they can't. They are also required to fully fund all pensions in advance, which would bankrupt many companies if they were required to.

Second, there's international shipping. The country the package comes from gets to keep the postage. So when we buy 50 pounds of stuff from China and get free postage, the Chinese government subsidizes shipping it to LA and USPS has to forward it and deliver it for free.

That said, people wouldn't complain about the rates if they felt they were getting value for their money. Increasing the rates while the quality of the service continues to decline is not a good combo.

If you ask me, the one thing our country needs more than anything is a bit of love and tolerance of ourselves and of others. I've noticed that the Brony community has shown more of this than ever before I've seen, so i would like to propose that the national anthem be changed officially to the Theme song of My little Pony: Friendship is Magic, on the behalf of myself, all Bronies and Pegasisters, and, most importantly, our nation itself.

And I am overstocked with fruit taffies. Gotta vape a lot of those for a while. (This is not a hardship.)
