1) Drink booze til your back don't hurt.
2) Fall asleep til you back starts to hurt.
3) Goto step 1.

Just a thought. Had to do that once for a toothache when I couldn't get an appointment to fix. Though the booze doesn't help your immune system any and may not sit well with your gastro flu.

Start an Everclear (190 proof) I.V. Stat! :D

Maybe at least try something like some Tylenol PM's? They zonk me out pretty good.

I dunno, wish I could help for real. Don't let things snowball on you, if it gets too bad go to the hospital. They can hook you up with pain relief, sleep aids, nutrition, and immunity boosters all at once. Might be a good idea for a few days. Think of it as a resort spa with nurses.

A bit. My biggest problem right now is the back. I haven't been able to sleep much longer than an hour at a shot with about five hours in between. That and a lot of bodily systems aren't functioning properly.

Is this neck/disk related or have you found new and exciting parts of your back to ache?

Either way, tell your body that you are sick & tired of feeling sick & tired and it's time for it to get better.

When I have sleeping problems I usually use plain old Benadryl. It works great and doesn't have the bad after effects of liquor. Although liqour is more fun.:)

That's my plan for tonight. I want to reset my sleep cycle at least enough that I can function during daylight hours when I need to.

Actually no, this is lower back. My lower G.I. tract decided to take a vacation and let things build up. It's starting to get back on the job, so hopefully only another day or so.

I've been ill myself and have been vaping through some older non-stuff liquids. So today I just decided it was time for some Plum champagne Stuff, and I can't put this PV down!!!!

It's just so clearly superior to the other liquids - more satisfying, cleaner yet more complex flavor profile, and really craveable. I can't say enough about my DeejStuff!!!! :)
-I really hope you are on the mend Deej - mostly for your sake, but for the vaping community at large, too! ;)
