In other news, new announcement on the site.... no shipments on Monday.

Most of the back issues are resolved (YAY!!!), but apparently a cute little pathogen decided to take advantage of my depressed immunity and take up residence in my feet. So... that's what's next on the deejHealth Hit Parade.

I'm still pretty fatigued, and have been loosing focus way too easily.

Other than that, I'm good.

Heya Deej - so nice to see ya post! Glad your back's improving, but sad something else appears to be happening. Glad you're going to the doctor Monday, or at least I'll be glad if the doctor helps.

Hi Deej!!

So glad to hear that you are now in the recovery area. Although it sounds like you are having some terrible luck. First the Flu, then the back, then when those problems are doing better a foot born illness decides to snuggle in close.
Hopefully that foot pathogen wasn't from that legit looking "nurse".


But seriously, here's hoping that you get better and stay that way. Hopefully the doctor can help with that. And this is for some better luck.

dolphins, I have missed you. Hope the blahs go away soon.

After shower and just before socks, I rub my feet down with Purell (hand sanitizer). Works wonders against most all feety issues and completely eliminates foot / shoe odor.

If ya start out with a new pair of shoes and do the above like every other day (or daily), the shoes never become a petri dish since the alcohol vapors from your freshly rubbed feet kill anything that might take up residence in the shoe. No bacteria = no smell.

Of course if you've already got "issues" like say athletes foot, I imagine the alcohol sting could send you through the roof.
