Um, no.

I am going to my parent's though and having dinner & probably watch a movie or something. Dad's been wanting to watch Django Unchained, so perhaps that one.

(BTW, if anyone is interested, I saw Man of Steel yesterday in Imax, and it was AWESOME. Of course, I'm a big Superman geek - even though I don't really read the comics - so I may be a little biased. But what a great action-packed, fun and thrilling re-telling of the origin story. Some of the negative reviews I've seen I believe now, having seen it, that they are not very open-minded, and/or stuck on the nostalgia of the Christopher Reeve (RIP!!) movies. IMHO. )

Finally got around to trying my Dragonfruit Cheesecake. Unfortunately I've never tried any kind of dragonfruit anything, mixed or otherwise. So I have no real frame of reference. Can't really say if it was extra dragon-y or needs to be more fruity. All I can say is it is YUMMY!

I taste more dragonfruit than cheesecake, but the cheesecake influence is definitely in there.

Loved watching him, in his droopy drawers, jumping off diving boards and flying off to save the day.

Good times.

The first time I saw 5th of July, it starred Richard Thomas (John Boy) in a role that had been originated by Christopher Reeve (also starring the great Swoosie Kurtz.)
The second time was an off-Broadway production with Robert Sean Leonard (pre-House) in that role (and Parker Posey.) Keanu Reeves was sitting a row in front of us, about 4 seats to the right. And Christopher Reeve was in the audience. He was practically on the stage as that was the only place in the audience that was stairless and could accomodate his wheelchair. There was a somewhat surreal quality to the evening.
