Its a very high quality latex mask. Its called "Mr. Skinister" and it was made by a company called MMFX.

All the rest was done by me. The weathering on the clothes, blood work,...........all the clothes were new-ish (goodwill) and I made the apron from a queen size bed sheet. Made the gauntlets from some "pleather" type material from Hobby Lobby.
