That is a gorgeous fire kitty.

"Gagging" is a courting thing with parrots. It's how they regurgitate food to feed the babies or to offer choice tidbits to a prospective mate. Poeia gags but doesn't actually regurgitate. I can't tell you how many times Annabella has vomited on my finger. (All together -- "ewwwwwwww.") I can't yell at her because she means it as a compliment.

So, does that mean that Poeia is selfish?

Oh yeah ........ Ewwwwwwwwww!

Not really. She doesn't really believe that she's a bird. She's pretty sure she's a (very small) people. She also refuses to fly.

... BTW, loved hearing about Emma & Rocky, how old is Rocky now?

He was a little over 10 weeks when I got him, so I'm thinking that would make him... Like 4 months old? 14-16 weeks, something like that.

Body wise he's growing like a weed. He's almost caught up to Emma in body length & shoulder height. She still has him though in sheer muscle mass. She is one solid kitty and easily weighs 4 times what he does.

He's still got this cute little kitten head and face though which makes for some pretty funny images at times with his overgrown body.

I've seen a lot of people with these....where do you get them???

Some years back when I was much more fluent with my graphics tools, me and some of the people on my graphics forum used to have picture fights. We didn't use any words just images that we whipped up on the fly.
