Damn, I just filled four cartos....all of them are crap! Two had messed up air tubes, one threads were effed, and another fired once and is dead. So I have no more cartos left. Fresh CE3s should be here tomorrow and I have 1ml of GMW left.
The one hit I got was super burnt, so guess I'm waiting....

I'd almost always prefer a sale. As much as I like FOTW, the odds of it being a flavor I want is pretty low -- around 12 out of 247 which is about 5%. The saving is less on a sale but the odds of it including a flavor I want is 100%.
True... the FotW is chosen more or less at random... I say more or less because I remove from consideration those flavors that have already been a FotW.
Once or twice I didn't go random... there were (and sorta still are) flavors that are really good, but nobody's brave enough to try (based on sales). But, mostly, I go the random route. Besides, I like playing with random.org.
And what Poeia says is true... if I do the Coupon Code, that puts ALL the flavors on sale.
