Good morning everyone! Did they announce the winner yet? Lucky person for sure!

Tried my winning angel's breath cantalope last night. ( a little early, I know) It was already pretty dang good! Wasn't sure about it at first, but I'm loving the delicate melon taste! Can't wait to try it after it's been fully stooped! I'm saving the white wine for this weekend. Taking my 11 year old to her first real concerton Sunday. Volbeat at the Tabernacle in Atlanta. The Tabernacle is an old church right in downtown. One of the best venues I've ever been too. I'm SO excited for her!

I'm in day 2 of zero flavor mode.

But it's not "vapor's buds". I sometimes have breathing issues while sleeping and I've got this nasal spray I use occasionally that does a really good job of clearing out your head. Thing is, I've found that if I use it more than a night or two in a row it can totally kill my sense of smell. So it's not just my vape juices, I can't taste any of my food either.

Unfortunately it's very thorough. I can pick up on oral sensations and textures but no flavor at all. Makes my morning coffee kind of a drag. Even this really strong minty-menthol sample I've got gives me nothing more than a bit of a cooling sensation on the back of my throat. Normally I don't even like that sort of vape, wasn't a menthol smoker, just thought I'd try it for some relief.

Ya could kind of consider it a sort of dietary aid.

Part of my and many others' problem is that they get such enjoyment out of food. This pretty much reduces the whole thing down to a strictly utilitarian undertaking. Though I guess it could possibly have the opposite effect as well, making you eat more in some futile attempt at getting some flavor / enjoyment.
