Deej, as long as it feels light a honeymoon and not like work, then i won't feel guilty about ordering

My two favorite songs that I don't like but I love singing along to (especially in the car) are Mandy and Daddy Don't You Walk So Fast.

A couple of friends and I drove cross country after college. Daddy Don't You Walk So Fast came on. We started singing along, especially the kid's part. By the time it was done, we were screaming "Daddy..." We all had sore throats in the morning.


Okay, worst (successful) song ever. Off the top of my head there is:

Eve of Destruction

I'm with you on most of those Poeia..

.. For a few seconds lines from'bohemian rhapsody' and 'daddy don't you walk so fast' were alternating in my head. I don't recommend it. But in snails, attypops just posted a parody version of 'stairway to heaven' as it would have been sung by the Beatles. Very disconcerting

(Helen Reddy had some awful songs that are great fun to sing along with)

That doesn't make any sense. That's 1964-65 Beatles and the song is 1971.
If Jimmy Page wrote and recorded it when he was part of the Yardbirds, it would have sounded a bit like that.

Honey by Bobby Goldsboro. It can't get worse than that.

The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour had a great takeoff on it, with the husband giving a tour of the house. Then his shift was over and he switched jackets with the other guy working there and he became the husband and gave the next tour. I checked YouTube. It's not there.

The writing cast included Bob Einstein (Super Dave), Rob Reiner and Steve Martin.

This may sound weird, but we were sitting here brainstorming about some things we want to do business-wise around the 1st of the year and realized that we were having so much fun that it FELT like a honeymoon!

That, and we have plans to go back to Vegas when we can relax and take our time. This was her 1st experience of LV... but it was so rushed that she didn't get to enjoy it.



In other news: stand by for ChocoRaspberry and ChocoOrange...

and this time me and Sybil are getting drunk....youre the designated driver bwa ha ha ha!
