I was reading some on Google and so long as he can't jump around and run a lot for the first 3 weeks he should be okay. Also have to make sure we leash him when we take him out to pee. Everything he vet said. He sure is going to whine and bark when someone comes over and he is in the crate

My Prescription:

1 part beef gravy
2 parts 180 proof Everclear pure grain alcohol

Mix well, apply internally as needed.

You may have to reverse the above quantities just to get his snout anywhere near it.

Poor pup, hope he heals up OK.
