Sorry been away, been a bit busy. But I am all caught up on reading the thread.
Been busy acclimating my cat's new pet. I'd like everyone to meet Rocky!
My cat Emma, needed a new pet to keep her company and provide some well needed exercise while I'm at work. Her last kitty got put down several months ago due to abdominal cancer.
This guys already quite a handful and is making it difficult to even make this post.
I named him Rocky after Rocky the Squirrel because he seems to think he can fly. I guess that makes his formal name Rocket J. Kittah?
For those too young to remember...
He'll run 1/2 way across the bed then leap onto the bureau, or when you call him he'll run part way then leap the last couple feet. Between that and some of his other shenanigans, I'm convinced he thinks he can fly.

Yeah that's the one. He's actually more of a light brown or tan in color. I think it's the flash making him look yellow / orange-ish.
I was a little concerned when I first got him home. He wasn't very active and I couldn't get him to eat or drink anything plus he also puked up. I thought maybe he wasn't quite ready for prime time. But they also gave him his 2nd distemper shot right before we left, not sure if that could have anything to do with it.
But he's since turned into quite the little terror / attention fiend. He's finally napping now so I can type, otherwise he'd be climbing all over me / the desk / keyboard & mouse etc etc. It also seems now that he's convinced he must eat everything available. As if it won't be there for him later or his next meal's somehow in question.
Makes for quite a round little belly and cute little waddle.

I've drunkenly stumbled upon yet another possible theory. In South Park Colorado they used to have problems with Underpants Gnomes.
Could it be possible that with the widespread evolution of vaping, that these elusive creatures have somehow mutated into e-juice gnomes?
