did anyone mention induction sealing?

Good suggestion...

The smallest liner I could find was 20mm. I need 9.5 and 10mm liners (9.5 for the 10ml, 10mm for 15 & 30mm).

And the dexterity to use the machine... :p

but... yeah, if I could find liners small enough, that might be a way to go. It shouldn't add to the overall labor cost, but it would definitely add to the selling price.

I was looking and also couldn't find anything that small. :(

Definitely need a lower ohm atomizer if all you're using is a non-twist ego. In fact I think they're more like 3.2-3.3 volts. But even with a 1.8ohm head, if they really want control to fine tune the flavor they should try to get a twist or equivalent. Just a couple-few 10th's of a volt either way can make a big difference.

I like high resistance with low voltage. I'm weird, I know.

And I have a weird problem.
Poeia's MG in a Vivi Nova. At some point after refilling it, it leaks all over the mod. It mostly happens with my VV Grippers (at around 3.5v) but also with box mods.

I made sure the tube was thoroughly screwed in, but it still happened. So I assumed there was a crack in the tube. I put on a metal tube and it happened again. It's not coming through the tube, it's coming from the bottom, through the 510 connection. Next I bought a new base and started again. It happened again. I also replaced the coil at some point during all this.

At this point I'm only using the Poeia's MG with an eGo but they're underpowered for this. I have to recharge them long before they're actually drained.

I don't have this problem with any other flavor, using the same set-up. I'm probably going to try a different tank next (I have some new iSmokas and V3s) but I was wondering if anyone has any idea why this would happen.

that's... odd.

It literally is nothing more than Sweet Gingerbread and Peppermint... you've not had a problem with either of those, have you?

Nope. And it does it with my home-made mix of the two and your pre-mixed.

I've tried so many configurations that the only consistent part of the VNs was the top and that can't have any impact.

Oh, and most of the time it won't work with the Grippers at all. But, when it does, get out the paper towels to mop up the mess.

I think my next purchase is actually going to be a twist or something....

Genuine Joyetech's are a little on the expensive side, but from my experience worth every penny. There are also Vision "Spinners" (haven't tried) and SmokTech "Winders". These 2 can be found a little cheaper and there also a ton of generics that are even cheaper still.

My biggest gripe about any except for the Joyetech's is the cutoff time being too short. I believe the Joytech's is 12 and maybe even up to 15 seconds (I forget off the top of my head).

The others would be fine if you don't find yourself hitting the cutoff when vaping. But for me with anything but the Joyetech I find myself having to release and depress the button between draws. See I like to work up a good head of vapor. I'll be puffing and drawing and puffing then when the vapor's nice and warm and at peak flavor I'll actually inhale.

Some of the knockoffs aren't too bad cuz it lets you hit the button again once you realize it's not firing anymore. But some will actually sit there and flash for a few seconds telling you you've reached the cutoff, and you can't hit the button again until it stops flashing.

So to be on the safe side (when not using a joyetech) I just release and depress every other draw/puff cuz if you don't hit the cutoff you don't get the penalty flashes.

huh.

I have no idea... but there must be some kind of interaction between the Gingerbread and the Peppermint... but what??

Okay, Clowder... anybody else running across this? I know some of you have Poeia's Minty Gingerbread...

Definitely sounds Hydrodynamic related. The top could have a bad seal maybe?

I know with the carto tanks a bad O-ring, top or bottom, can have adverse effects on wicking. And on the Kangers with some juices once the juice get's below a certain level there can be leakage out the bottom. Something to do with not enough vacuum or dynamic tension or something like that. Just top it off and all is fine again.

Does sound weird. Some weird property that only occurs when those 2 are mixed. Whatever it is, it's just enough to find the ..... in Poeia's armor.

Top coils.

Just remembered my MVP. I don't use it because it weighs 8 zillion pounds. Put the PMG on it and, after 10 minutes it still seems happy.

about the only thing I can think of, absent something along the lines of what Trav said, is there's a curve or something in the coil area that's releasing a drop or two of liquid before it stops wicking...

I've seen that happen exactly once...
