Does this mean it's done?!!
And I hope his computer is doing fine too. For your sake. :D

Good morning everyone. :)

Nope. At least 2 more appointments but the part that gets Poligripped to the gums is fitted.

As to the computer, that will never be done. The most recent series of calls have been for me to walk him through making a color copy of something on his printer. The fact that I can't see the instructions on the printer's screen doesn't change his insistence that I tell him step-by-step which things to push. (I'm very grateful that he doesn't have any dementia. But at 94, his short-term memory -- the ability to learn something new and retain it for more than a few hours -- is basically shot.)

Yesterday my tastebuds were a mess. Everything smelled like melted crayons and most of the flavors tasted like them too. So far, today is looking better.

Well I can understand. I hate to see me at that age. 8-o

I know it's irritating for you but some of those stories make me laugh.

Good afternoon.

Not really irritating, more frustrating. (Although I did snap (and then felt guilty) on Tuesday when he insisted I should call his accountant to find out whether it would be better for him to deduct the cost of his dentures from his 2013 taxes or if he should hold in case it will be more beneficial to deduct them when he's 95.)
