If it's the same one I showed you from a US-based supplier, when you get it, add a couple of drops of Crazy Glue where the cord enters the atomizer section. It's the one weak spot where you can kill it by tugging it even slightly but with two drops of glue it is very, very sturdy. I've been using mine for months with no problem.

You sure that was me? I don't recall.

I don't see or feel any discrepancies in that area on the one I've been using, but I'm sure a little crazy glue or silicone couldn't hurt.

The one I'm looking at has the metal ego switch assembly that appears to be glued into a black plastic base. The wire comes through a hole in the bottom center of the plastic base. Not sure if there's any strain relief inside, but feels like there may be from gently tugging on it.

Others here have a more diversified palette and I'm sure will be happy to tell you about their favorites as well.

I find a 50/50 ratio @ 125% flavor to be spot on. I've been experimenting with 30/70 @ 150% which seems pretty good as well (high PG bothers me).

C'mon guys! Tell Uncle about YOUR favorite Deejstuff flavors!

I really appreciate the thought and it would be a very good thing for people to do anyway, especially so others would know . . . But telling "Me" about the different favorite "e-liquids" would be wasted on "Me' - unless it was just those who are only vaping some of the "Menthols" that "deej" offers . . . With only a very few exceptions - I DO NOT - Vape any "E-Liquids" related to Food/Candy/Drinks (Just the smell of some of them sometimes turns "My" stomach - NOT NICE ) - Nor do I want anything that even suggest Mint/Peppermint/Spearmint in a "Menthol" - Worse would be something that taste sweet . . . So I guess Ya' can say I have a limited "palette" and that is why after a year + I am still looking for a "True Menthol Tobacco" that would become an "ADV" for "Me" . . .

I've never vaped a tobacco flavor so I can't help you.

While they're still probably not for you, I'll point out that Deej does not use sucralose (except in the two Butterpaw flavors.) His sweet flavors are not cloying.

ETA: But his menthol and his mints are different flavors. Menthol is menthol. If you want just the menthol, you could try Menthol or Menthol Blast.

I'm sitting out as well, I've been winning too much. Got more juice than I know what to do with and with my taste / smell reduction I don't really want to be trying the new flavors I've already got.

I do remember one recommendation from you that worked out pretty well. The test tube rack from that scientific website. What was it like $7-8?

Turns out the top part holds egos acceptably well and the bottom part of the rack is great for tube mods. Can't beat it for the price / risk we took.

The Blackfire is good though I didn't try it as menthol. It's like a deep dark rich tobacco flavor. I also really like the Triple nickels. It reminds me of a DK Tab sort of flavor but better. Not sure if Deej would mentholate it for you. RY4's pretty good but I don't think there's such a thing as RY4 menthol.

Oh yeah, I tried shade too but it was a long time ago and can't actually remember what it tasted like. If I hated it though, I'd remember that.

As today's offerings are 32mg, I thought people would like to know what different size bottles of 0-nic would result in (with no flavor dilution)

10 ml of 32 mg PLUS
10 ml of 0 mg = 16 mg
15 ml of 0 mg = 12.8 mg
30 ml of 0 mg = 8 mg

What are you using to bring the Nic down? The same flavor in zero?

yeah, if you use the same flavor, flavor load and PG/VG, but with zero nic, it cuts the nic and nothing else.

I'm not really a menthol nut. Must have been someone else, Slasher maybe. I am however an everything nut and I did win some deejBlend 05 Menthol in the last contest. I'm just filling it up in a tank now. I'll post some first impressions of it for Uncle and anyone else who might be interested about it in a little bit here.

Ok, so deejBlend 05 Menthol first impressions:

It has a dry, dusty tobacco flavor. No real sweetness or nuttiness. Just a nice dry tobacco flavor. I would say that the flavor is a medium strength tobacco. Not too aromatic or overpowering. It is a nice vape but does dry out my mouth a bit, kind of like what American tobaccos did to me when I was smoking. The menthol on this blend is evenly balanced. It sits in the background and cools slightly. For me it is pretty darn nice. Kind of like a Camel or Marlboro Menthol in terms of menthol content. If you like more menthol like say a Newport, you might want to go with the Double, or even Double Plus which is said to be like a Kool.

Of course these are just my opinions and YMMV but I hope this helps someone.

ETA: I can't seem to keep it out of my mouth now, so it must be satisfying to my inner ex-smoker.
